A one-time administrative and marketing setup fee per property. Covers onboarding, marketing photography coordination, and listing setup across the major rental platforms.
Step 2
Charged only when we successfully place a qualified tenant. Equal to half of the first full month's rent — so we're only paid when your property is rented.
Ongoing
A flat 10% of collected rent each month. Includes rent collection, owner disbursement, maintenance coordination, inspections, and 24/7 emergency response.
